It also includes Low‑Fat Pantry Cooking by Janet Van Amber Paske, adding a practical modern twist to the historical material.
This is a rare vintage first edition hardcover ex library book. The pages are clear and readable and are in very nice shape. There are some library markings and writing on the front and rear end papers and the flyleaf.
All of the pages are intact and I did not find any marked, folded or dog-eared pages. Interesting piece of history.
